This black 1938 Chevrolet Model HC 1/2 ton pickup is a fairly solid project truck ready to be restored, customized or hotrodded. Both front fenders have been flattened on the sides and has dents. The grill bars are bent. The front bumper has a small dent and tear. The hood is missing. The rear fenders are missing. There are a few small dents in the cab. There is a little rust in the lower side cowls near the fenders. The right door has a rusted band at the bottom. The box is fairly straight. The rear bumper is gone. The is a hole cut in the left door near the bottom hinge bolts. The interior is all there except the glove box and door and the seat back are missing. The gauges are all there. The floor panel is good and is unbolted. The rest of the floors are solid. The 207 CIS OHV inline six cylinder 79 HP motor is very complete. The running condition is unknown but nothing is removed or disconnected so it may be a runner. The four speed manual floor shift transmission and power train are all there.
