This Fontaine Blue 1966 Pontiac Tempest LeMans 2 door post coupe is a very solid, straight, solid western desert car ready to be restored. The body has excellent sheet metal and there is no rust showing anywhere. The hood is missing and we are including a good used flat hood. The left grill and right headlight trim are missing. The front bumper is dented and bent. The rest of the car is very straight. The windshield is cracked. The blue interior is complete. The seats appear to be correct and were taken from a green interior car. The center inserts have been replaced with not-stock material. The floors appear to be solid but we have not taken up the carpeting for a full inspection. The automatic transmission shifter has been moved to the floor. The car looks solid and dry underneath. The trunk is locked so the trunk floor condition is unknown. It is unknown if this is a the original 389 CID 4V 4 barrel motor and automatic transmission.
